A6: Knockdown Packing with carton boxes, and pear cotton inside for protection. Glass parts are packed with wooden frames outside to ensure safety.

A7: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin.
Q8. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A8: Our shipping agency strives to ensure product safety. If damage occurs, they are responsible. For minor issues, we offer compensation for damaged parts.
Q9. If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
A9: For small missing components, we will DHL them to you ASAP, typically within one week.
